He has bought, developed and sold over $250 million in real estate, built and remodeled hundreds of custom homes and commercial buildings, developed residential and mixed-use subdivisions, and started 12 different companies from the ground up. Greg is an expert on the topics on entrepreneurship, leadership, and real estate, and he is regularly interviewed on some of the top real estate investing and business podcasts today. 

Greg served in the U.S. Navy right out of high school and has always been a leader in the community, as well as supporting, advising and serving on the boards of several churches, ministries and non-profits. Greg currently coaches and mentors entrepreneurs, real estate investors and real estate developers around the world, helping them grow and scale their business, raise more capital and do bigger deals. Greg’s clients currently have over $2 billion in assets under management and deals currently in process.

Nikki Boyd is a wife and mother of three amazing kids who have all grown into beautiful adults. A long-time military spouse, her husband’s career in the Air Force meant that their family traveled extensively. The experience of moving and setting up house many times over gave Nikki the opportunity to hone her organization skills, and she developed dozens of tips and tricks throughout the years. Following her husband’s retirement, she and her family moved to a beautiful home in Charleston, South Carolina, where she is now able to pursue her own dreams. It is no surprise to her (or those closest to her!) that her passion is centered around organization. Nikki started a YouTube channel eight years ago sharing her organizing tips. The success from her channel has led to a following of half-million subscribers.  She now also runs her own professional organization firm, At Home with Nikki, in Summerville, South Carolina, and helps people virtually around the world create beautifully organized spaces within their home and work environments. She is also a best selling author of Beautifully Organized.
