Anne Lackey loves starting and running businesses. Mark has always been fascinated with  making things work better and run smoother. Together they have co-founded and run multiple businesses for 2 decades. They generated over $15.7 million in revenue for their service-based businesses in the past four years alone. By coaching and consulting with hundreds of CEOs and executives, they found 3 common core business problems: owner overwhelmed, staff turnover and poor customer service/lack of follow-up. In 2014 Mark and Anne found an alternative to traditional hiring, and they have been helping other business owners grow and get control over their businesses while saving money by sourcing quality employees from the Philippines. They have evaluated over 20,000 applicants and have come up with a successful formula for any client needing help. Justin started out just like many of you. He didn’t go to college and just went right into the utility industry and worked to become a Lineman. For years he dreamed of getting away from the sometimes 100 hour weeks and being able to take a leap into another career that he felt he could truly enjoy.

Enter real estate investing. He bought his first house as a foreclosure in the bay area California at 22 years old in 2009. He worked on it over weekends and after several years sold it for a small profit. Fast forward to today, and he has increased his Net Worth from 5k bucks at 20 years old to over 7 figures at 32.

He currently owns over $2 million worth of real estate, which consists of 12 rental units and a single family house, and he has done about a dozen purchases and sales of other properties over the last couple years.

Joe Conti is one of the original "Day Traders" that we hear about today. He began his career in 1990 under the tutelage of Harvey Houtkin. Harvey was known as the "Godfather of SOES Trading" (small order execution system) and is largely responsible for the market's current transparency, allowing the public access to the depth of the market and order flow, which at the time made Mr. Houtkin the most hated man on Wall Street.

Over the past 30 years, Joe has trained or educated over 1000 traders and continues to trade and teach to this day. He has seen virtually every mistake made, causing more than 93% of traders to fail. Joe has been featured in Forbes, CNBC, and an entire chapter was dedicated to him and his trading success in the book, "Electronic Trading Masters: Secrets from the Pros".

Joe has also enjoyed a successful 8-year run on radio in South Florida. His last show was hosting the 101.1 FM Morning Show.

Joe's passion is still trading, and he has combined his 30 years of trading experience into a live, two-hour, stock trading course designed to keep traders trading for decades, not days.

Kaylee has purchased more than $2 million in real estate as key principle. She has sold over $3 million in residential real estate before transitioning into her current full time syndication role. She has started a podcast called the “#1 Leading Ladies” where she interviews “kick-ass women” who are disrupting their industry, and the real story of how they got where they are. The entire backbone of what gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why”. This is something she’ll share when asked personally about it, but at a 30,000 foot view, it is to create independence and space for those experiencing codependency and toxic relationships which hamper their ability to visualize and then manifest what their amazing reality truly could be. Her company culture models this “why” and is changing the face of multifamily to bring more women into the light as powerhouse operators, key principles and commercial brokers.
