Frank Rolfe has been an investor in mobile home parks for almost 2 decades and has owned and operated hundreds of mobile home parks during that time. He is currently ranked with his partner, Dave Reynolds, as the 5th largest mobile home park owner in the U.S. with over 250 communities spread out over 25 states. Frank has always believed that mobile home parks are all about affordable housing. Along the way, Frank began writing about the industry, and his books, coupled with those of his partner Dave, evolved into a course and a boot camp on mobile home park investing that has become the leader in this niche of commercial real estate.

Frank lives in a small town in Missouri with his wife and daughter. He is very active in community affairs, being a member of the Lions Club, the school board, and chairman of the Landmarks Commission. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University.

Ross Stryker is the founder and CEO of Smart Asset Opportunities, which helps educate busy small business owners how to take charge of their own financial freedom and stop giving up control to those on Wall Street. He practiced dentistry and specialized in orthodontics for over 35 years, 12 while serving in the U.S. Army reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and later in private practice where he grew one of the largest single-doctor practices in the country. Although Ross is no longer practicing, he still considers himself a part of the dental and medical community. At heart, he’s really a small business owner, and, like many business owners, Ross was frustrated with the conventional financial system that seemed to benefit Wall Street but not the investors. Ross has replaced his transactional income of exchanging hours for dollars with passive income from his investments for his livelihood, and he wants to help others achieve the same goal. Ross has owned 40 or more single-family homes, written 2 books, one specifically on real estate investing. Ross is selling his homes, and he’s transitioning into commercial real estate investing, which includes self-storage, mobile home parks, office parks, a coffee farm in Panama, a resort in Belize, and multifamily apartment complexes.
