James Gregg is a real estate investor and entrepreneur, and host of The Big Breakthrough Podcast, which interviews successful entrepreneurs and investors to learn how they created their success in real estate. His start in real estate was an ill-timed venture into general contracting, which happens to be the topic of this episode.

After graduating with an MBA, he worked as a commercial appraiser where he appraised almost $750 million in commercial real estate. James later started a property management company that grew from 0 to 800 units under management in 24 months. He is currently flipping houses and providing third party asset selection services to real estate syndicators.
